ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា ទទួលស្វាគមន៍ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារប្រទេស នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម និងគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់ ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ
At the Ministry of National Defense, on the morning of November 24, 2024, His Excellency General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense of Cambodia, held a bilateral meeting with His Excellency General Fan Van Giang, Minister of Defense of Vietnam. On that occasion, General Tea Seiha stated that: The Ministry of National Defense between our two countries, Cambodia and Vietnam, has a long-standing historical relationship. In addition, His Excellency also visited Vietnam in 2023, where he met with the Vietnamese leadership. His Excellency Tea Seiha expressed his support for the organization of joint training exercises between the three militaries of Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam and the trilateral meeting of the defense ministers of Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam to promote cooperation between the three countries at present and in the future.
In response, General Fan Van Yang highly valued the cooperation between the two countries, Cambodia and Vietnam, and its rapid development, including the exchange of visits between senior officials of the two countries’ defense ministries. General Fan Van Giang stated that the two militaries have been cooperating closely, with the Vietnamese Ministry of Defense receiving trainees from the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces to study in Vietnam for long and short periods, and the Vietnamese Ministry of Defense has also sent trainees from the Vietnamese People’s Army to study Khmer in the Kingdom of Cambodia. General Fan Van Yang also highly valued the cooperation between the armies of the two countries, Cambodia and Vietnam, in the border areas of the two countries and worked closely together to coordinate and increase the capabilities and stability between the two countries in the border areas.
Through the meeting, HE General Tea Seiha and HE General Fan Van Yang expressed their mutual support for the exchange of young military officers in learning about the customs and traditions of cooperation between the two countries to help encourage the next generation of young people to continue cooperation and increase solidarity between the two countries, especially the two armies, as in previous generations. On that occasion, His Excellency General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia, met with His Excellency General Fan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to discuss some work and signed a protocol on defense cooperation for the period 2025-2029 and a cooperation plan for 2025 between the Ministry of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of National Defense of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា បានទទួលជួបប្រជុំទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ហ្វាន វ៉ាន់ យ៉ាង រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការពារប្រទេសវៀតណាម។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា បានបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ រវាងប្រទេសយើងទាំងពីរ កម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម មានទំនាក់ទំនងជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រជាមួយគ្នាតាំងពីយូរយារណាស់មកហើយ ក្នុងនោះឯកឧត្តម ក៏បានធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចនៅវៀតណាម ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣កន្លងមក ដែលបានជួបជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប្រទេសវៀតណាមផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្ដម ទៀ សីហា បានសម្ដែងការគាំទ្រចំពោះការរៀបចំធ្វើលំហាត់ហ្វឹកហ្វឺនរួមគ្នា រវាងកងទ័ពទាំងបី កម្ពុជា ឡាវ វៀតណាម និងកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រីភាគីថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិបីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឡាវ វៀតណាម ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ រវាងប្រទេសទាំងបីនៅពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ និងបន្តទៅអនាគត។
ជាមតិឆ្លើយតប នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ហ្វាន វ៉ាន់ យ៉ាង បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ ចំពោះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ កម្ពុជា វៀតណាម និងមានការអភិវឌ្ឍយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស ក្នុងនោះមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនកិច្ច រវាងមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិប្រទេសទាំងពីរ បានអនុវត្តជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។ នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ហ្វាន វ៉ាន់ យ៉ាង បានបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ កងទ័ពទាំង២ បានធ្វើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយគ្នាបានយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ក្នុងនោះក្រសួងការពារប្រទេសវៀតណាម បានទទួលសិក្ខាកាមមកពីកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ មកសិក្សានៅប្រទេសវៀតណាមរយៈពេលវែង និងរយៈពេលខ្លី ហើយក្រសួងការពារប្រទេសវៀតណាម បានបញ្ជូនសិក្ខាកាមកងទ័ពប្រជាជនវៀតណាម ទៅសិក្សាភាសាខ្មែរ នៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាវិញផងដែរ។ នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ហ្វាន វ៉ាន់ យ៉ាង ក៏បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ផងដែរ ចំពោះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកងទ័ពទាំងពីរប្រទេស កម្ពុជា វៀតណាម នៅតាមតំបន់ព្រំដែនប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ហើយបានធ្វើការសហការជាមួយគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ដើម្បីសម្របសម្រួលបង្កើននូវសមត្ថភាព និងស្ថេរភាពរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ នៅតាមតំបន់ព្រំដែន។
តាមរយៈជំនួបនោះ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា និងឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ហ្វាន វ៉ាន់ យ៉ាង បានបង្ហាញការគាំទ្រដូចគ្នា ទៅលើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនាយទាហានវ័យក្មេង ក្នុងការរៀនសូត្រអំពីទំនៀមទម្លាប់ ក៏ដូចជាប្រពៃណីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីជួយជំរុញឲ្យយុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយ ធ្វើការបន្តនូវកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការបង្កើននូវសាមគ្គីភាពរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ជាពិសេសកងទ័ពទាំងពីរឲ្យដូចជំនាន់មុនៗ។ នៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ហ្វាន វ៉ាន់ យ៉ាង រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារប្រទេស នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម អំពីកិច្ចការងារមួយចំនួន និងបានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើពិធីសារកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការការពារជាតិ ដំណាក់កាល២០២៥ ដល់២០២៩ និងផែនការនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រវាងក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងការពារប្រទេស នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ៕
