រោងចក្រសម្លៀកបំពាក់មានទុន៣០លានដុល្លារបានដំណើរការសាងសង់នៅខេត្តស្វាយរៀង
The Cambodia Horjoy Techstyle Co., Ltd. garment factory officially opened its construction site in the Qilu Special Economic Zone, Svay Rieng City, Svay Rieng Province on the morning of August 30, 2025, under the chairmanship of His Excellency Peng Porsa, Governor of Svay Rieng Province.
His Excellency the Provincial Governor emphasized that the groundbreaking ceremony of the Cambodia Horjoy Techstyle Co., Ltd. garment factory in the Qilu Special Economic Zone is a matter of pride for the company, the province, and for Cambodia as a whole. His Excellency the Provincial Governor emphasized that “this is a symbol of trust, cooperation, and shared prosperity between Cambodia and our investment partners.”
His Excellency said that the establishment of this factory will provide significant economic benefits, create job opportunities for more than 2,000 workers, strengthen and expand the regional industrial base, and contribute to national development goals.
According to H.E. Peng Pursa, this investment is in line with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s strategy to promote industrial growth, attract responsible foreign direct investment, and enhance Cambodia’s role in the supply chain to countries around the world.
As the provincial governor, H.E. Peng Pursa expressed his full support and hope that the project will proceed smoothly and effectively, and the provincial administration is ready to help facilitate in every possible way should the company encounter problems, both during construction and in the future when operations begin.
រោងចក្រផលិតសម្លៀកបំពាក់របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌា ហ័រជយ ថេកស្តាយ ឯ.ក បានបើកការដ្ឋានសាងសង់ជាផ្លូវការនៅក្នុងតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេសឈីលូ ក្រុងស្វាយរៀង ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ក្រោមធិបតីភាពឯកឧត្តម ប៉េង ពោធិ៍សា អភិបាលខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។
ឯកឧត្តមអភិបាលខេត្ត បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការបើកការរដ្ឋានសាងសង់រោងចក្រផលិតសំលៀកបំពាក់របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន “ខេមបូឌា ហ័រជយ ថេកស្តាយ ឯ .ក” នៅក្នុងតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេស Qilu នាពេលនេះ ជាមោទនភាពមួយសម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុន សម្រាប់ខេត្ត និងសម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាទាំងមូល។ ឯកឧត្តមអភិបាលខេត្ត សង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា «នេះជានិមិត្តរូបនៃទំនុកចិត្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងវិបុលភាពរួមគ្នារវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងដៃគូវិនិយោគរបស់យើង»។
ឯកឧត្តមបន្តថា ការបង្កើតរោងចក្រនេះ នឹងផ្តល់នូវអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចយ៉ាងសំខាន់ នឹងបង្កើតឱកាសការងារសម្រាប់កម្មករ កម្មការនីប្រមាណជាង ២,០០០នាក់ និងការពង្រឹង ពង្រីកមូលដ្ឋានឧស្សាហកម្មក្នុងតំបន់ និងរួមចំណែកដល់គោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ។
បើតាមឯកឧត្តម ប៉េង ពោធិ៍សា ការវិនិយោគនេះ ស្របទៅតាមយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់កំណើនឧស្សាហកម្មទាក់ទាញការវិនិយោគផ្ទាល់ពីបរទេសប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងលើកកម្ពស់តួនាទី របស់កម្ពុជានៅក្នុងខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទៅដល់ប្រទេសនានាលេីពិភពលោក។
ក្នុងនាមជាអភិបាលខេត្ត ឯកឧត្តម ប៉េង ពោធិ៍សា បានបង្ហាញការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹង និងសង្ឃឹមជឿជាក់ថា គម្រោងនេះនិងដំណើរការទៅមុខដោយរលូន និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ហើយរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តបានត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេច ដើម្បីជួយសម្របសម្រួលគ្រប់មធ្យោបាយដែលអាចធ្វើទៅបាន នៅពេលក្រុមហ៊ុនជួបបញ្ហា ទាំងក្នុងពេលសាងសង់ និងនៅពេលអនាគតនៅពេលប្រតិបត្តិការចាប់ផ្តើមជាដើម៕
