អាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិតេជោ៖ ច្រកទ្វារថ្មីរបស់កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក
“Techo International Airport”, a major achievement and a new pride of Cambodia, was announced to be opened on September 9, 2025 and will be officially inaugurated on October 20, 2025 under the high chairmanship of His Excellency Samdech Moha Bovor Theb Thdei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The opening is a major step for the aviation sector and economy of Cambodia and replaces the current Phnom Penh International Airport to become a major aviation hub for Cambodia.
The first flight to land at the new airport will be the national airline Air Cambodia, carrying tourists from China, while Korean Air will be the last flight to leave Phnom Penh International Airport.
Techo International Airport is built on a vast area of approximately 2,600 hectares in Kandal Stung District, Kandal Province and part of Bati District, Takeo Province. The new airport is strategically located in the south of Phnom Penh, approximately 20 kilometers from the city center.
One of the airport’s main features is that it is classified as a 4F airport, the highest level in the international aviation sector. With this classification, the airport can accommodate all types of aircraft, including giant aircraft such as the Airbus A380 and Boeing 747.
In the first phase, the new airport has the capacity to accommodate up to 13 million passengers per year and handle 26,000 tons of cargo.
Aviation is one of the many means of transport that can connect tourists, business, politics and multi-purpose missions, and is an important source of income for the country, especially based on specific policies to attract investment, relations, diplomacy and countless other destinations.
Therefore, Cambodia has also actively strengthened and expanded its construction of this international airport to contribute to serving the needs of the growing travel, actively connecting passengers, especially those targeting Cambodia.
“ អាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិតេជោ ” ដែលជាស្នាដៃដ៏ធំ និងជាមោទនភាពថ្មីមួយរបស់កម្ពុជា គឺបានប្រកាសបើកដំណើរការ នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ហើយនឹងសម្ពោធផ្លូវការនៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រោមអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ។
ការបើកដំណើរការនេះ គឺជាការបោះជំហានដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់វិស័យអាកាសចរណ៍ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបានចូលខ្លួនមកជំនួសតួនាទីអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិភ្នំពេញបច្ចុប្បន្ន ដើម្បីក្លាយជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអាកាសចរណ៍ដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។
ជើងហោះហើរដំបូងគេ នឹងចូលចតក្នុងអាកាសយានដ្ឋានថ្មីនេះ គឺក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ជាតិ Air Cambodia ដឹកភ្ញៀវទេសចរមកពីប្រទេសចិន ខណៈក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ Korean Air គឺជាជើងហោះហើរចុងក្រោយគេបង្អស់ ដែលចេញពីអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិភ្នំពេញ។
អាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិតេជោ ត្រូវបានសាងសង់លើផ្ទៃដីដ៏ធំទូលាយប្រមាណ ២,៦០០ ហិកតា ស្ថិតនៅស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្តកណ្ដាល និងផ្នែកខ្លះនៃស្រុកបាទី ខេត្តតាកែវ។ អាកាសយានដ្ឋានថ្មីនេះ មានទីតាំងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនៅភាគខាងត្បូងនៃរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដែលមានចម្ងាយប្រមាណ ២០ គីឡូម៉ែត្រពីកណ្ដាលក្រុង។
លក្ខណៈសម្គាល់ដ៏សំខាន់មួយរបស់អាកាសយានដ្ឋាននេះ គឺវាត្រូវបានចាត់ថ្នាក់ជាអាកាសយានដ្ឋានលំដាប់ 4F ដែលជាកម្រិតខ្ពស់បំផុតនៅក្នុងវិស័យអាកាសចរណ៍អន្តរជាតិ។ ជាមួយនឹងចំណាត់ថ្នាក់នេះ អាកាសយានដ្ឋានអាចទទួលយន្តហោះគ្រប់ប្រភេទ រួមទាំងយន្តហោះខ្នាតយក្សដូចជា Airbus A380 និង Boeing 747 ផងដែរ។
ក្នុងដំណាក់កាលទី១ ព្រលានយន្តហោះថ្មីនេះមានសមត្ថភាពអាចទទួលអ្នកដំណើរបានរហូតដល់ ១៣ លាននាក់ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ និងដោះស្រាយទំនិញបាន ២៦,០០០ តោន។
វិស័យអាកាសចរណ៍ គឺជាមធ្យោបាយធ្វើដំណើរដឹកជញ្ជូនមួយក្នុងចំណោមមធ្យោបាយជាច្រើន ដែលអាចភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងរបស់អ្នកទេសចរ ធុរកិច្ច នយោបាយ និងបេសកកម្មពហុបំណង និងជាប្រភពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចយ៉ាងសំខាន់សម្រាប់ប្រទេស ពិសេសឈរលើគោលនយោបាយយ៉ាងជាក់លាក់ក្នុងការទាក់ទាញការវិនិយោគ ទំនាក់ទំនង ការទូត និងគោលដៅផ្សេងៗរាប់មិនអស់។
អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ កម្ពុជា ក៏បានពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកខ្លួនយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការកសាងអាកាសយានដ្ឋានកម្រិតអន្តរជាតិនេះ ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការបម្រើដល់សេចក្តីត្រូវការ កំណើននៃការធ្វើដំណើរ តភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងយ៉ាងសកម្មរបស់អ្នកដំណើរ ពិសេសការតម្រង់គោលដៅមកកាន់កម្ពុជា៕
