សម្តេចធិបតីដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូទៅចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអង្គការកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសៀងហៃបូកនៅប្រទេសចិន
On the morning of August 30, Prime Minister Hun Sen of Cambodia led a high-level delegation to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit, which will be held from August 30 to September 1, 2025 in Tianjin, People’s Republic of China.
The Prime Minister’s invitation to attend the summit was made in response to the invitation of President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the delegation accompanying the Prime Minister includes His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; His Excellency Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), along with ministers, senior officials of the Royal Government, representatives of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce and the Cambodian Oknha Association.
The Prime Minister will deliver a speech related to the theme of the summit, “Implementing Multilateralism, Ensuring Regional Security, and Promoting Sustainable Development.”
On the occasion of the summit, the Prime Minister will hold bilateral talks with President Xi Jinping to discuss strengthening and deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership and win-win cooperation between the two countries. The Prime Minister is also expected to meet with a number of foreign leaders to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation.
សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃកម្ពុជា នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែសីហា បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអង្គការសហប្រតិបត្តិការសៀងហៃបូក ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែសីហា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងធានជីន សាធារណរដ្ឋ ប្រជាមានិតចិន។
ការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំខាងលើរបស់សម្តេចធិបតី ធ្វើឡើងដោយតបតាមការអញ្ជើញរបស់លោក ស៊ី ជីនពីង ប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។
បើតាមសេចក្តីប្រកាសរបស់ក្រសួងការបរទេស ប្រតិភូអញ្ជើញអមដំណើរសម្តេចធិបតី រួមមានឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាអនុប្រធានទី១ នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (CDC) រួមជាមួយរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល តំណាងពីសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា និងសមាគមឧកញ៉ាកម្ពុជា។
សម្តេចធិបតី នឹងអញ្ជើញថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថា ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងមូលបទនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូល «ការអនុវត្ត ពហុភាគីនិយម ការធានានូវសន្តិសុខតំបន់ និងការលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព»។
ក្នុងឱកាសនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលនេះ សម្តេចធិបតី នឹងជួបពិភាក្សាទ្វេភាគីជាមួយលោកប្រធានាធិបតី ស៊ី ជីនពីង ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីការពង្រឹង និងធ្វើឱ្យស៊ីជម្រៅបន្ថែមទៀតនូវភាពជាដៃគូ យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការឈ្នះ-ឈ្នះ រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ សម្តេចធិបតី ក៏នឹងរំពឹងជួបជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំបរទេសមួយចំនួន ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីផងដែរ៕
